Gold hits $1000 Again & Jan sees 92000 American Eagles Sold
Gold has continued its recovery to $1000 per ounce from lows of just under $700 an ounce during a lull in 2008. The US Mitnt reported selling 92 thousand ounces of bullion Gold Eagles during January 2009. This amazing level of Gold Eagles sold is quadrupal last years sales at the same time of year.
